• Precision driving - JS(X) has more than 10 years of experience capturing high speed driving maneuvers on film and video. JS(X) has produced dozens of programs for demanding clients such as: the United States Department of Transportation, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.

• Martial Arts - James Sim is a third degree black belt (Sandan) in shotokan karate, with more than 15 years of experience. At Drexel University (where he is chief instructor) he has lead teams to six national titles. If you want the expertise to make your fight scenes look real - look no further. As an active instructor and coordinator for the International Shotokan Karate Federation, James Sim can also provide additional karate experts for your projects. The JS(X) contact database includes men and women ages 7 to 75, from more than 500 locations worldwide.
  
• Firearms - The most important point that any firearms consultant can stress to any client is SAFETY. James Sim is an NRA certified firearms instructor with more than 15 years of experience. If you want your scene to look realistic; first make sure that all proper safety precautions have been taken. James Sim can provide you expert consulting on the safe and proper handling of firearms to ensure that your project looks great and that only the film gets shot.

Event Planning & Logistics Coordination

• What do you call 1500 adults and 700 children from 40 countries speaking at least a dozen different languages who have to get from the Art Museum to City Hall and then to the Civic Center - NOW? In The summer of 1994 this was called the
  5^th World Shoto Cup, the largest karate tournament ever produced by the Japan Karate Association (JKA). JS(X) provided logistic coordination and event planning for this two week extravaganza. Events included: a group picture on the steps of the Philadelphia Art Museum, a parade down Market Street to City Hall for a group karate demonstration and mayoral proclamation, a 5-day Master Karate Camp at Drexel University, and of course a 3-day, 6-rings of simultaneous competition, karate tournament at the Philadelphia Civic Center.
